Selflicious Love was born from my own path of survival and transformation. I’ve lived through suicide attempts, car accidents, divorce, grief, bankruptcy, chronic fatigue, and early menopause before my 40s. For years, I carried guilt, shame, fear, and the weight of being a lifelong people-pleaser.
